   The American Association for Accreditation for Ambulatory Surgery Facilities International, (AAAASFI) has developed a global program to inspect and accredit surgery and dental clinics who exceed superior standards. Globally, there is a growing need and demand for uniform surgical facility standards and practices. More than 2000 ambulatory surgery facilities are accredited are by AAAASF, the largest not-for-profit accrediting organization in the United States.

   All accredited clinics must pass inspection of all practice standards in the following categories: General environment and safety, Operating room environment, Policies and procedures, Recovery room environment, Blood and medications, Medical records, Quality assessment, Personnel and staff and Anesthesia.

*The Application Fee includes the first year accreditation annual fee plus initial survey fee, which is

due with each accreditation application.

The Reinspection Fee applies every 3 years when the facility is due for a re-inspection.

**The Annual Fee is paid each year on the anniversary date of accreditation on years the facility

is not inspected

***Note: Fee will be determined for facilities with more than 20 dentists, surgeons, or diagnostic personnel.
